Certified translations are handled exclusively by certified translators registered with the Ministry of Justice. They are always issued in hard copy and stamped by a certified translator.
The guidelines of the Ministry of Justice specify that a page of certified translation contains 1125 characters, which is shorter than a standard page (1500 characters including spaces). The cost is calculated based on the number of characters in the translated text.
VIVALANG offers certified translations of the following documents:
- Annual reports
- Company registration documents (KRS, NIP, REGON)
- Court documents (lawsuits, appeals)
- National Court Register applications and extracts
- Notarial acts
Each text is subjected to strict internal procedures which guarantee the highest quality of our translations.
Our standard translation procedure involves the following steps:
Translation -> Review -> DTP -> Quality control in compliance with the client’s guidelines and the VIVALANG QA Model quality control system.
The confidentiality of all your documents is our priority along with ensuring the highest quality of translations. To get a certified translation you need, please contact our Translations Department at firstname.lastname@example.org for an instant quote and schedule.
